At ProKNOWS®, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Due to the hygienic nature of clown noses and makeup, used or opened items cannot be returned.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. If that applies, we’ll contact you directly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

• Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days in the U.S.

• Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and most international destinations.

International Shipping

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 7–21 business days.

Tracking Information

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your tracking info shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first.

• If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

DIRECTIONS: Brush the adhesive onto clean, dry skin and on the inside of the ProKnows. Wait until the adhesive turns clear and tacky on both surfaces, then set your ProKnows in place.
